Dr. Martin is an east bay native, growing up in Alamo.  He attended dental school at University of the Pacific in San Francisco, where he received his doctorate degree.  During dental school, he met his wife, Ainsley (a general dentist).  After asking her to marry, they moved to Louisville, Kentucky, where he completed his residency in Periodontics and dental implants.  While in Kentucky, they had their first child, Kierra.

 After completion of his residency, there was no doubt where he wanted to be, and finding a practice in LaMorinda was a perfect fit.  Since moving back home, they had their second child, Anton. 

 Dr. Martin is board certified by the American Academy of Periodontics.  He completed a masters thesis and is published in the dental implant field.  He is well trained in all aspects of non surgical and surgical periodontics and dental implants.  His goal is to always provide individualized care based on sound scientific principles.
